Reasonable value, considering it is straightforward and friendly hotel. The rooms are lovely and amazing with the smallest bathroom ever and four beds, for instance and the staff are fantastic.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was just a short walk to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, making it easy to get around. The room was small but comfortable, with enough space for my belongings. The bathroom was clean and had good water pressure in the shower. I appreciated that the room had a kettle and supplies for making tea and coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing extra towels when needed. The breakfast, although not a full English, was sufficient to start the day. I would recommend this hotel for its great price and convenient location.

It was clean, the staff was wonderful and amazing, plus the service was nice. Our room was amazing with a good bathroom and a hot breakfast. This small hotel offered us particularly nice views and scenery. The location was unbeatable and cosy, not too far from a Hyde park.

the bathroom was new and renovated

we had a triple room and it was very small and dirty, stiky tables, blood on the curtains and dirt on the bed covers. old furtniture and room very run down. i wouldn´t recommend the hotel.

Bobby was brilliant, we was travelling with 2 ladies with learning disabilities, and bobby could not do enough to help us, offering us assistance all through our stay, highly recommend Barry house for where it is positioned, friendliness, breakfast is lovely and plenty of it, and the owners will ensure you have good stay, we booked for 3 weeks time but this time going with husbands

Good value hotel, I loved its central location near to transport, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, and restaurants, Kensington Gardens and restaurants and Paddington tube and rail stations. The breakfast was fine at 730am, and the staff was very hospitable.

I ate at a small restaurant for breakfast. The location was marvellous and fantastic, the staff was exceptional. Besides, it was 2 miles away from Madame Tussauds London. Reasonable value, it was wonderful stay: )

Central location was a plus. Besides, I was walk from a garden and a park. The room was extremely spacious, had english tea and a coffeemaker, I truly enjoyed it.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.
